What is EverDate Pro, and what does it cost?

EverDate Pro is a one-time purchase — $5.99, yours forever. There is no subscription. It unlocks unlimited events, photo backgrounds, premium themes and app icons, iCloud sync, advanced reminders, CSV export and import, and every future feature we add. Family Sharing is included.

The paywall says “Pro is unavailable right now.”

This message means the App Store couldn't reach your device to load the purchase — almost always a temporary network or Apple Account issue. Try these steps:

1. Make sure you have a working internet connection. 2. Confirm you're signed in under Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases. 3. Fully close EverDate (swipe it away from the app switcher) and reopen it. 4. If it persists, restart the device and try again. If you still can't purchase after that, email me and I'll help directly.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open the paywall (tap any Pro feature or the upgrade prompt) and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Your Pro unlock returns immediately — and with Family Sharing, family members get it too.

What's free without Pro?

Plenty. You can track up to 10 events with full countdowns, day counts, the default theme, widgets, and notifications — no time limit and no account required.

How do widgets and Live Activities work?

Long-press your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap ＋, search for EverDate, and pick a size. Pin an event as a Live Activity from its detail screen to keep the countdown on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

My reminders aren't arriving.

EverDate needs notification permission. Open Settings → EverDate → Notifications and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Check that the event has a reminder enabled in its editor, and that Focus / Do Not Disturb isn't silencing it.

Does my data sync across devices?

With Pro, events sync automatically over iCloud when you're signed into the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive enabled. Without Pro, everything is stored safely on your device. You can also export and import your events as a CSV file (Pro) to move or back up your data.

How do I delete my data?

EverDate stores your events on your device (and in your private iCloud with Pro). Deleting the app removes the local data; to clear synced data, delete your events inside the app before removing it, or disable iCloud for EverDate in Settings.
